​My name is Jean-eva, and I am the founder of Book of Love Canada. I began this journey as a single woman, in the dating battle field. I used to flail in the dating world, never understanding what I was doing wrong. I wanted to find my partner, but past patterns kept creating the same results. Along the way of building a successful matchmaking and dating coaching company, I taught myself many things, that resulted in me finding my perfect match. I now help others to do the same.

Our services began in 2018 and we have created a complete system that will take a single from any form of singlehood, show them how to become the best version of themselves, with the mindset, skills and confidence to approach the dating world.

I discovered the Events Host position through the book of love while seeking a role that would allow me to socialize, meet interesting people, and have a great time. Hosting speed dating events and singles mixers turned out to be a perfect match. I thrive on making people feel at ease in nerve-wracking situations. It's incredibly rewarding to see someone arrive at an event feeling anxious, then gradually open up and eventually tell me, "That was a lot more fun than I expected." It fills me with immense happiness. I can't wait to see you all at the next event!

Inspired early on by my mother’s fabulous sense of style, I would always look forward to getting up in the morning and choosing something unique to wear, even as a small child. She taught me about how my personal image could change my mood, my opportunities and my life. My keen eye for shapes, colors and textures naturally led me to help friends and acquaintances dress themselves.
